Commercial Break: Be Oyster Aware!

The following is a sponsored post. Please visit our sponsor to thank them for helping us make more contributions to children's organizations!
I was playing a kids' trivia game recently, and one of the questions was, what item is found inside an oyster? The little kids I was playing the game with were amazed to learn that many oysters hold pearls.
Pearls are cool, but a little outdated, don't you think? Maybe oysters should consider holding something else, for a change! Today, being a little broke, I would be especially pleased to open up an oyster and find some cold, hard cash.
Chocolate would be cool too, though!
Seriously, though, a lot of people love to eat Gulf oysters, no matter what is found inside of the shells! I've never tried them, but I've heard they're delicious! Healthy, too... They're a great source of protein, Vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acids!
But oysters can also be a health risk, especially to uneducated consumers. If you're an oyster-lover, or if you're thinking of trying oysters some time soon, you should check out this website, BeOysterAware.com. The site tells you about the potential dangers of eating oysters, and who is most at-risk for illnesses caused by oysters.
Don't let my words scare you away from oysters! The site also tells you the best ways to eat oysters and avoid getting sick from them, even if you are at risk!
