Commercial Break: Capella University

The following blog post is based on information provided by Blogitive. For more information, please visit Blogitive.com.
It is starting to come to our attention that the most successful people, and the most successful businesses, put emphasis on the positive traits of themselves, their employees and their colleagues, rather than on what people need to improve on.
A new book, called APPRECIATIVE COACHING: A POSITIVE PROCESS FOR CHANGE, helps “executive coaches” teach their clients (generally executives, administrators, managers, etc, of businesses) learn to use a more positive and empowering view of themselves and the people around them. By changing their outlook, people can make more positive changes in their workplaces.
The book was co-written by Sarah Orem, PhD, who is a faculty member at Capella University. Capella University is an online university that offers 82 graduate and undergraduate programs and 16 certificate programs. If you’re looking for an online college, you may want to check out this university!
